Privacy Policy

1. Summary

QR Easy Maker is published by Phan Đức. The app has no account, no server of its own and no analytics. What you create stays on your device. The only third parties involved are Google AdMob, when you choose to watch a reward video, and Google Play or the App Store, when you buy or restore Pro.

2. Data stored on your device

The app stores the following only on your device: the content and design of your QR codes, your saved library, logos you add, your language and theme settings, and whether Pro is unlocked. Pro status is kept in the secure storage of your device.

We do not receive or back up this data. You can delete QR codes in the app, and uninstalling the app removes your QR codes and settings. On iOS, Pro status and a security key kept in the Keychain may remain on the device after uninstalling. Files you export or share go only to the place you choose.

3. Permissions

Photos: used only to pick a logo from your library and to save exported QR codes. On Android 10 and earlier, storage access is used for the same purpose.

The app does not use your camera, location, contacts or microphone.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app only loads ads when you choose to watch a reward video while exporting. Before the first ad, the app may ask for your consent where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Where the law gives you that right, you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

When an ad is requested, Google may collect information such as your device advertising identifier, IP address, device type and how you interact with the ad, to show the ad, measure it and prevent fraud. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.

5. Purchases

Buying and restoring Pro is handled by Google Play or the App Store. We never receive your card or payment details. The app only receives a confirmation from the Store that Pro was purchased, so it can unlock Pro.

6. Sharing, retention and security

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone other than the services described above.

We keep no copy of your data on any server. Data on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the app, as described in section 2. Google, Google Play and the App Store keep the data they collect under their own policies.

Pro status is kept in the secure storage of your device. The Google and Store services used by the app send data over encrypted connections.

7. Your rights

Because your content stays on your device, you can view, change or delete it directly in the app. For data Google collects for ads, use the ad settings on your device and the controls described in Google's privacy policy.

You can email us with any request about your personal data, including requests under Vietnam's personal data protection law or the GDPR. We will reply within a reasonable time.

8. Children

The app is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
