1. About these terms

QR Easy Maker ("the app") is published by Phan Đức. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and uninstall it.

2. What the app does

The app lets you create QR codes for links, Wi-Fi, contacts, social profiles, locations, phone numbers, messages, events and text, customise their design, save them on your device, and export them as PNG or PDF files.

The app works without an account. Creating and designing QR codes works offline; watching a reward video and buying or restoring Pro need an internet connection.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the content you put into a QR code and for any logo or image you add. Only use content you have the right to use, and do not use the app to create codes that lead to illegal, misleading or harmful content.

Your QR codes and logos stay on your device. We do not review, store or claim any rights over them.

4. Pro Lifetime

Pro Lifetime is a one-time, non-subscription purchase made through Google Play or the App Store. The price is shown by the Store in your local currency before you pay. Pro unlocks batch printing, VIP frames, custom logos and exports without a watermark, with no ads.

You can restore Pro on another device signed in to the same Store account by using Restore in Settings. Restoring does not bring back QR codes saved on another device.

Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. The app does not currently remove Pro from a device after a refund.

5. Reward videos

Without Pro, you may choose to watch a full reward video to unlock VIP frames, a custom logo and no watermark for one PNG or single PDF export. Watching is optional, and you can always export the free version instead. Ads may be unavailable at times, for example when you are offline.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work to make codes that scan reliably, but we cannot guarantee that every code will scan on every scanner, screen, printer or material. Please test a code before printing or sharing it widely, especially after adding a logo, frame or custom colours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including losses from a code that does not scan, content you encode, or lost data stored on your device.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
